What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the workshop:

• Your name and WhatsApp number, which you type into the registration form
• Optional: your city, if asked
• Basic technical data (device type, approximate region, pages viewed) through analytics tools described below

Why we collect it (purpose)

Your name and number are used to send you the Zoom link, workshop reminders and the WhatsApp community invite, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Consent

You give consent by ticking the consent box on the registration form. You may withdraw consent at any time by messaging us; we will then stop contacting you and delete your details from our registration list.

Analytics and advertising cookies

This site may use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the page and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and may collect your device identifiers and IP address in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the registration form will still work.

How long we keep your data

Registration details are kept for up to 12 months after the workshop batch you registered for, unless you join a paid program or ask us to delete them earlier.

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled servers with encryption in transit, two-factor protected admin access and audit logging. Phone numbers are masked in day-to-day views.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This workshop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
